The main problem we had were with Jeeves, the management company who look after the villa we stayed in. I would just be aware that it may be calling at several other resorts and parks before you get to your destination.

Any information you get from their website or in the villa I would certainly double check before you make plans! We used the free shuttle bus to magic kingdom and universal which worked out relatively well. Two examples of this were that it said in the website that you could hire a stroller for $10 which is not correct and we were also given a breakfast menu for the on-site restaurant but when we enquired about this we were told they didn’t serve breakfast. There was information in our villa (which may have been the management company’s fault) and on the website which was out of date. There was a crossing point for the busy road which we used to get to the main site we’re to pool was.Ī couple of problems we did have with the resort was information given out and on their website. We stayed over the road from the main site which we were a bit concerned about at first after reading previous reviews but it ended up being fine for us. The villa was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. We (4 adults and two children) stayed at 7560 Marker Avenue, a 5 bedroomed property in February. NB- we were also there during the Passover celebrations and whilst this didn't effect us, could not believe how the Jewish Community treated the place leaving tonnes of litter everywhere! Please do not book this resort if you plan on relying on their shuttle services for transport. Luckily we didn't have lightening lanes booked that day!Īfter the 2nd time of the bus not arriving when it was supposed to we gave up using them and shelled out a small fortune on Ubers. We tried the shuttle about 4 times and on 2 occasions it was at least half an hour late. Therefore to book us on the 8am bus, one of our party had to leave our villa circa 6.40am to get to the resort reception to booked on, then walk back to the villa, get ready to go to the park and then leave again at 7.40am to get the bus. Our villa was a good 15 min walk away across the very busy road.
You had to book, in person, an hour before the bus departure. We found the whole system of booking the shuttles ridiculous. HOWEVER one Of the main reasons we booked this resort was that it offered shuttle bus services to Disney Parks and we didnt want to hire cars.
The water park at the resort was also lovely. The villa was lovely and clean, comfortable, spacious and the pool was fab. We just had 2 weeks in a 5 bed villa which we booked through Virgin. I hope for future visitors, they will allow guests to bring food to the water park. Since there were two levels of water slides, there were frequent line delays that could have been avoided if they had two team members on top of the water slides to assist guests. This was going on at the same time that they only had one team member monitoring the water slides from the top of the platforms. On several occasions, management had 2-3 members of their staff searching guests' bags upon entry to ensure no outside food was admitted. However, our children wanted their own snacks not the restaurant food. I assume the reason management was so strict was so that they could sell more food from their pool restaurant. Every pool we have every belonged to has allowed outside food. The staff wouldn't allow anyone to bring snacks into the waterpark area even for family's like ours with small children. The big issue was the waterpark management. Our house and private pool met all of our expectations. The waterpark was beautiful and had a variety of slides. We visited with a party of 10 including 5 young children The property was well-maintained, and there were sidewalks everywhere.
